Meet BabyB Designs!

I have known Veronica (Ronnie) for quite a while, years. Let's say before Justin brought Sexy Back, perhaps before he met his friends from 'NSYNC. If you said I have known her multiple decades, yes, it is true. Many things may have changed over time, including her artistic ability, it has improved immensely as demonstrated with her new business, BabyB Designs. You will see she creates everything from Birth Announcements to Birthday Cards. They can be electronic or printed, each one can be created uniquely for you or feel free to select from her design templates!

We definitely had fun during this quick shoot, as BabyB stands for the name of her younger son, a nickname given by her older son. Needless to say, those little Utz children were getting restless. My Latest Office Addition!

Not that Framing is dead, but I saw this and needed to get one. Okay, I got two. But for now, I am going to show you the one that I mounted in my office.

The are called "standalone mounts" and I love them! It offers such a great style and I love how it finishes off the wall.

They are super lightweight and come ready to mount on a wall. All you need in a nail. So easy, yes, even I could do it. This contains one of my favorite shots from a Wedding I did in June.

New Logo, New Blog, New Look

It's all new and it's all good. In fact, change is good, right? I needed to break away from the look of this blog, for those that have seen it before, and shake it up a bit. The logo, I love and selecting it was a labor of love.

I shocked myself with the pink! I never pictured myself with a pink logo or having flowers at all. Something about this font, with the rustic feel, is kinda cool which it breaks from an over flowery feel. Also, while it isn't heather, the flowers sprouting out, reminded me of wild heather. Which, I think may describe me, or is it weird Heather? Oh well.

Either way, new look aside, I am the same Heather. Still love to read, love me some good TV (sorry reality folks, unless it is Design Star or Shear Genius), I love hair and shoes, icing is my favorite kind of food (sorry to all you dentists out there), I love wet kisses from my dog, I love kissing my son and my husband is my best friend.
